Absolutely nobody but your client will be able to see the data and applications that are backed up. Everything backed up is is fully encrypted using 2048-bit encryption.

Your client can install the Backup Software on as many devices as they like. You simply pay for a package to cover the total amount backed up.

365 day retention

We include 365 day retention on your client's data which means they can recover any files they have deleted for up to a year. This can be amended if needed.

Package & per GB options

Depending on requirements and how much your client needs to backup, we can set you up with a package or simply charge you per GB for exactly what your client uses.

Security & replication

Your client's data is backed up, hosted and encrypted across 3 UK tier-3, ISO accredited datacentres for ultimate redundancy. For an extra layer of protection, we can also setup a local backup for peace of mind.

Daily online backup reports

You and your client will receive daily reports to let you know that the backup has been successful, how much is being backed up and a general overview of the current backup.

Rolling monthly contract

We give you, the reseller, ultimate flexibility with our contract terms. You can tie your client in to longer terms but we promise to keep you rolling monthly.
