In 2025 the UK copper PSTN network is being retired and all traditional phone lines (and the different services that run over these analogue phone lines) need to be upgraded to an IP based solution.

We have a PSTN Replacement Toolkit with multiple solutions for different customer requirements.

Our range of telephony products which includes SIP Trunks, Direct Routing, UK and International Numbering, Call Recording and SMS. In response to the PSTN Switch-off, we have added a PSTN replacement Toolkit.

Direct Routing For Microsft Teams

Direct Routing provides a PSTN solution for the Microsoft Teams Phone System. It allows users to make and receive UK and international calls to, and from, non-Teams users, without needing a hosted telephony system or PBX. We offer unlimited local call packages in 50+ countries. Direct Routing comes with a comprehensive management portal called SIP Manager and offers a cost-effective alternative to Microsoft’s Calling Plan. Key components of Direct Routing can be provisioned without needing to install Microsoft PowerShell.

One number anywhere

Our system integrates desk and mobile phone services. Callers dial one number to reach your desk phone and mobile phone simultaneously. Ongoing calls can be moved seamlessly from one phone to another without hanging up and both phones share a single voice mail box enabling remote working.

With Telephony you can install handsets anywhere. If you have multiple sites, home workers or sites or workers in other countries, all they need is a Telephony handset or Telephony software on their PC, mobile or tablet and they can be part of the phone system. They can make internal and external calls just the same as a user sat at a desk in your head office.

The Telephony service has multiple platforms. In the unlikely event that one fails, the other takes over, minimising downtime and disruption.

SIP Trunks

SIP Trunks provide cost effective and reliable voice connectivity for your PBX with inclusive call packages and flexible contracts. SIP Trunks can
provide significant savings compared with PSTN. Our International SIP trunks are designed for high volume wholesale use. They can be
terminated anywhere in the world. International SIP trunks do not include inclusive minutes, but our international call rates are very
competitive
