In order to build the TSAVPhone platform to the customers' needs, we require a site survey to be completed.
Please download the Site Survey at the bottom of this article. There is also an accompanying help guide to assist the completion.
There are a number of mandatory pieces of information and some optional features.
Please note - we cannot process your order without the site survey being completed - please refer to help guide for more information.
Once complete - please email your site survey to and include your order reference (starts with a J) in the subject line.
If you have any questions about your order, please contact our provisioning team.

The following Ports and settings are required for the TSAV Phone system to work without any issues
SIP ALG
SIP ALG is the number one issue that will prevent phones registering to the platform. This is a setting that is quite often turned on automatically on most routers. Ensure SIP ALG is turned OFF on the router and firewalls.
MTU Size
The MTU size needs to be set as high as possible – eg. 1500ms / 1520ms
UDP Timeout
The UDP timeout needs to be set at >300s
(NAT Refresh/Inactivity Timer on your local network equipment - usually an edge firewall, router or NAT device)
Draytek Requirement
Under the Firewall Settings, Call and Data Filter need to be disabled along with the Strict Firewall. We also recommend the Routers Firmware needs to be on the Latest Version.

Please note this information is for Virgin Media Business and Residential Broadband connections supplied by Virgin Media.
Due to the way Virgin Media Broadband connections route, this creates an incompatibility with TSAVPhone systems.
There are ways to bypass the issues however if the connection is ordered with a Static IP address, TSAV will be unable to resolve the issues.
If the connection is a Business or Residential connection with a Dynamic IP, you can bypass the settings configured in the Virgin supplied Router.
To do this, you will need to purchase and additional router to manage the LAN settings (eg. DHCP, Wireless LAN, port forwarding) as the incompatibility relates to the Virgin Supplied router.
In order to bypass this, you will need to configure the Virgin Router to Modem Mode and then configure the second router to manage the LAN.
We would also recommend ensuring that all the Firewall Rules are configured on the second router.
